In, anytime after 2 pm, Out at 11 am.
We are able to accommodate your bags after 11.00 checkout and have rest room facilities available for your comfort.
Reservation Policy
- A minimum stay of 1 week required.
- exclusively ADULT oriented.
- Although there are two mid size dogs on site , no pets allowed.
- Positively no smoking allowed.
- No reservation is guaranteed without a deposit.
- Balance due before check-out is payable in cash.
- Credit card payments subject to 3% surcharge.
Cancellation Policy (for Holiday Seasons, Groups and long stay bookings, refer below)
Cancellations received not less than 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded less travel agent commission (if applicable), a handling and credit card charge of 10 %.
Holiday Seasons, Group and long stay bookings
Full payment for any apartment(s) is required not less than 60 days in advance. Due to very high demand, reservation payments in holiday season, for groups and long stays are NON REFUNDABLE.
